RETURNS, EXCHANGES and SHIPPING — LAKERUN
At LakeRun, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.
We replace items if:
• Your item is defective
• You receive the wrong product
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, a free replacement will be sent. In most cases, returns are not required.
*All other sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing (see our detailed size chart for each item)
• Change of mind
• Fit or color preference
• Buyer’s remorse
